We charge by
the window pane, size and type of service requested. Prices
typically range from $60.00 to $250, however, our average
client spends about a 100.00 per service.

minimum service charge is $60.

No, we do not match the prices of our
competitors, because they cannot match our professional

What do you charge to come out to our home or business
to give us a price quote in the St George Area?
We
provide FREE quotes for our customers in the St George
Area. We schedule an appointment to come out to your house
to count the window panes, determine the size and if
ladders will be needed. We do not charge you for this
service and the price quote is good for one year.
What do you do in the case of Inclement Weather, such
as rain or heavy winds?
In the event there is Rain,
Snow or Windy weather that would prevent us from doing a
professional job in a safe environment, we contact our
client and reschedule.
My last window cleaner left a dirty mess on my light
colored carpet. Will you protect my carpets?
Yes, we
are The Professionals. We wear protective booties over our
shoes so we don’t track in dirt from outside. We also have
a protective mat under our buckets at all times when the
bucket of water is inside your home. When it is possible we
place the bucket of water on tile and not on the carpet. We
have a quarterly Exterior Maintenance Account.
Will you call us each quarter to set up an appointment
to clean our exterior windows?
No, we will not call you
to set an appointment to do your exterior windows. You do
not need to be home for an exterior cleaning, which are
done during normal business hours. If there is a certain
time of month or day of week that is better for you, we
will do our best to schedule it on that day or during that
time of the month.We will call to schedule services that
include interior window cleaning, because you should be
home to allow us in.
We only live in St. George Part of the year. May we
receive a monthly cleaning during the 6 months we live
here?
Absolutely, we know that every customers needs
are different. Generally, our customers receive monthly,
quarterly, or semi-annual services; but we can design a
maintenance plan that fits your specific needs. We would be
happy to clean your windows the months you are here and
have them clean for you when you arrive in St. George in
the early Fall.
We have a cabin in Brian Head. Do you Clean Windows
outside of St George?
Yes, we clean windows outside of
St. George. We have customers in Cedar City, New Harmony,
Brian Head and are constantly expanding where we do
business in the Southern Utah Region. For Brian Head and
other resort areas our minimum service charge is $250.00.
At this time we do not provide free quotes for these areas.
Do you provide gift certificates? I’d love to have you
clean my mother’s windows for her birthday.
Yes, we
provide gift certificates for any amount over $60.00. This
is a very popular gift.
